PVC Cling is a soft, highly plasticised electrostatic PVC film that clings to smooth, glass-like surfaces — glass, painted plates, smooth plastics — by electrostatic effect, with no adhesive and no residue on removal. Available clear or white, it is phthalate-free and produced to European child-toy-safety guidelines, coated for sharp print and supplied with a release liner. For best results the surface is cleaned and lightly moistened, then the film is applied with a spatula to avoid bubbles.
